It's has a beautiful view from the swimming pool area we can see the entire city from their. General trainers are supportive. There is healthy n cheerful atmosphere in the club, Motivation n knowledge regarding exercises is amazing, top trainers you can find in this club. Beautiful facilities, group classes, functional training and too good crowd.

The atmosphere at ABS Fitness, SB Road is always welcoming, and the floor manager plays a huge role in that. He’s respectful, helpful, and knows how to guide members properly. No favoritism, no nonsense—just genuine professionalism. Really appreciate his work.

I joined Abs gym two months ago, and I genuinely look forward to every workout here. The energy, the vibe, and the motivation you feel the moment you step in are unmatched. The gym is immaculately equipped with high-quality machinery, and what I love most is that they have multiple units of the same equipment. Even during peak hours, you won’t be wasting time waiting—you can seamlessly move through your workout. That’s a big win! The trainers are incredibly supportive and experienced, always guiding you with the right techniques and form. A special shoutout to Sai, one of the best trainers I’ve come across—his knowledge of strength training, muscle activation, and fitness fundamentals is top-notch. He’s not only technically sound but also brings a lot of positive energy to every session. A huge thumbs up to Nilesh at the reception for always greeting everyone with a warm smile and Abhishek for managing the gym floor so smoothly—everything feels well-coordinated and welcoming. Also, the open area section is just crazy—with a beautiful view that makes your workout feel even more refreshing and energizing. I really enjoy working out at this gym. The environment is clean, motivating, and very well-maintained. The atmosphere feels positive every time I walk in, and the equipment is always in good condition. One of the trainers here is especially amazing, Govind is very supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their fitness goals. I recently joined abs and i’m loving it ! The floor manager govind here is truly exceptional. He is well-behaved, polite, and always supportive. Whether it’s guiding members with form, answering questions, or maintaining a positive atmosphere, he consistently goes out of his way to help. His respectful behaviour and friendly nature make the gym environment comfortable and motivating. A manager like him really adds value to the entire fitness experience

I have been a member of ABS Fitness Club, SB Road for the last 4 months and the experience has been really good. The gym is clean, has a positive atmosphere, and the trainers are very supportive. They guide properly, correct the form, and their behaviour is always friendly. The evening staff especially are just amazing — their energy and motivation really make the workout sessions enjoyable. It actually feels good to come to the gym every day. The owner, Abhimanyu Sable, has maintained the gym very well and everything is managed smoothly. Just one small request — please add a couple more 5kg dumbbells as they are always in demand. Other than that, I am very happy here and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good workout place. ⭐️
